Meet Sadie!

Sadie is a spirited and joyful almost three-year-old Siberian Husky and German Shepherd mix with expressive eyes and a love for zoomies. She’s a loyal companion who forms deep bonds with her humans after a proper introduction. While she can be a bit serious when meeting new people, once she trusts you, she’ll greet you with a wagging tail and a happy grin! Sadie loves walks, hikes, and especially playing fetch, which is her absolute favorite game.

Ideal Home

Sadie would thrive in a home where she can be the only pet. She needs a patient and understanding owner who can help her navigate introductions to new people and continue supporting her social development with positive reinforcement.

Sadie is a healthy girl and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Sadie is crate-trained and house-trained, though rainy days might cause an occasional potty accident. She is very food-motivated and responds well to routine. She knows basic commands like "sit" and walks well on a leash. She is still learning the nuances of dog play and can be unsure around highly playful or reactive dogs, and needs careful introductions to other animals. Tossing her a toy or offering a treat is a great way to help her feel more comfortable with new people.
