Rita

Rita is a sweet and petite foxhound who is about a year old and weighs around 36 lbs. She was found without a collar and thankfully, a kind person stepped in to help her, preventing her from entering the shelter system. Now, Rita is in the loving care of an NECR foster in Virginia. She's quite affectionate and playful, and she even enjoyed her bath and car ride! We believe she'll make a wonderful addition to a family. Rita is expected to arrive in early August.

Rita would likely thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise and affection.
