Alfalfa is a sweet boy who has overcome a difficult past. He was rescued from an extreme hoarding situation and is so grateful to be in a safe place. Alfalfa can be shy at first, but with a little patience, he will warm up and show you his steady and grateful side. He is a bit of a loner and would be content with or without another dog or cat. Once he trusts you, Alfalfa becomes a quiet and loving companion, though on his own terms. He needs a wonderful, patient, laid-back, and quiet family to help him continue to heal and thrive.
