Panda the perfect doggy pal

Panda is a shy but sweet boy who loves to relax with his favorite chew toys. He's a two-year-old, 50-pound Pittie mix with a mellow personality. Panda enjoys his daily walks and is a pro at car rides, making him a great companion for any adventure. He bonds with his people through walks and loves to snuggle up on the couch or in bed at night. Panda is kennel and house-trained, making him a low-stress addition to any home. He absolutely thrives in the company of other dogs, especially playful females, and draws a lot of confidence from his canine friends. He previously lived with children aged 5 and up and did well with them.

Ideal Home

Panda would do best in a quiet, suburban or rural home. He needs a home with at least one other dog, and we do not recommend him for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Panda is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Panda is still learning about life with humans and a stable home. Patience, Nyla bones, and walks are key to his happiness. He is great on leash and enjoys tandem walks. He will need a patient adopter who will allow him a full decompression period. Our behavior team and foster mom are available for guidance.

Transporation

Panda is located in Texas and can be transported to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT.
