He is a dream on a leash for someone who can give clear, firm directions and thrives on routine and clear expectations. He can be a little stiff during first greetings with other dogs, but once introduced, he is ready to coexist. He is a vocal player, which is just his way of expressing his excitement.

Roscoe is currently in foster care in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). There is an $87 surcharge for transportation.
