Thumper

Meet Thumper! He's a handsome, unique, and loving Catahoula mix with striking markings. Thumper was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama with his siblings and is now searching for his forever family. He's a smart boy, perfect for training and socialization, and while he might be a little shy at first, he'll warm up with a little patience to show off his sweet and friendly nature. Thumper gets along well with other dogs and children, and he's eager to share his heart with you.

Ongoing Health

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse the adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.

Training & Support

Thumper will require a refresher in house-training. We strongly recommend enrolling him in obedience training to ensure an easier transition, continued socialization, and to help form a strong bond between Thumper and his new family.
