A little about them

Poppy is a stunning, shy young dog with a curious heart and a strong desire for affection. With patience, food motivation, and one-on-one support, she has wonderful potential to blossom into a confident, well-balanced companion. Her coarse, wavy coat may reflect a mix of long-haired Jack Russell Terrier, Labrador Retriever, and possibly Texas Red Heeler.

Ideal Home

Poppy will thrive with a patient adopter who can help her build confidence and learn to trust more people. She is curious about people and wants affection, though she is still learning how to ask for it.

Training & Support

Food is a great motivator for Poppy. In one-on-one interactions, she will accept affection when food is used as an enticement.
