Dolly Lolly is all wiggle-butt and sweetheart! This is a dog that will always welcome you home with adoring fan fare. Picture this- you walk through the door, she is standing tall on the couch with her front paws perched on the back, tail wagging, butt wiggling, sparkle in her eye and ready for kisses. We know this scene in detail because it is exactly what her foster mama walks into each day. She explained that it is one of her favorite parts of the day. She bonds deeply with her people, and once you have her trust, you will have a faithful shadow who wants nothing more than to be near you. Dolly Lolly is a petite pittie mix with the cutest bubble lip underbite who is approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 50 lbs. She is a little thing and barely even takes up a couch cushion. Maybe that's also why she's so great to snuggle with. While Dolly waits for her adoption day she is enjoying home-life and practicing all the best doggie manners and skills in a loving foster home. She is a cuddle bug, loves a good brushing session, and will even fall asleep during her puppy massage. She also has a playful streak and is goofy and lighthearted. She loves to sneak a shoe, she never chews them, but does the cutest scramble when her foster says, Dolly, that is my shoe! She enjoys her toys and knows when her monthly delivery from Bark Box arrives! Dolly is both home and crate trained, and is affectionate with all people she meets. On leash, she needs a little confidence at first when in new environments but with patience, she opens up and easily moves into enjoying her walk.
Ideal Home
Dolly thrives in a home where she can be your one-and-only dog. She can be unsure with other dogs but will co-exist and grow into a friendliness with a calm, confident canine companion who respects her boundaries and gives her time to settle in. She would love to be an only pet and promises to supply the love of o-so-many pets. Dolly will need a cat-free home.
Ongoing Health
Dolly is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives.
Training & Support
Dolly is home and crate trained. She is working on building confidence in new environments when on leash. Her adopter should be patient and help her feel secure and build on her confidence.
