Meet Hayes, a charming chocolate and white Mini Bernipoo who's ready to find his forever home! This handsome boy weighs 34 lbs and is done growing. Hayes was born on April 20, 2024, and will need regular grooming to keep his coat looking its best. He's a sweet and gentle soul who gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs, and he doesn't cause any trouble. Hayes can be a little shy at first and will need some time to settle in and feel comfortable in his new surroundings. He's already mastered leash walking and is crate trained, happily resting quietly in his crate.
Ideal Home
Hayes would thrive in a home with a physically fenced-in yard, as he prefers not to potty on a leash. Another happy dog in the home would be a great addition to his life, though he's also fine with cats! He truly loves other animals. We ask that approved adopters have any upcoming vacations out of the way before applying to adopt.
Ongoing Health
Hayes is up-to-date on all his veterinary care. He has been neutered and received his parvo-distemper vaccination and rabies shot. He's been treated with Frontlined and will go home with 30 days of heartworm prevention. He is microchipped and has tested negative for heartworm. All veterinary paperwork will be provided.
Training & Support
Hayes is crate trained and doggy door trained. He will take a little time to get settled in, so patience and understanding will be key to his adjustment.

Transportation
Hayes is located in Antwerp, Ohio. Transport is available to Maumee every other Wednesday morning if needed. Approved families are always welcome to visit Hayes in Antwerp.
