Lucy came into rescue with a severe ear infection that left her with a head tilt, but even through her struggles, she has remained loving, trusting, and incredibly resilient. She’s the kind of dog who quietly captures your heart, seeking nothing more than a cozy spot to rest, loving hands, and a family who recognizes her special spirit. Lucy dreams of a forever home where she can feel safe and loved, imagining herself curled up on the couch or gently resting her head on your lap. She is ready to give her whole heart, just waiting for someone to return that love.

Lucy is currently heartworm positive, but she is already undergoing treatment. Her heartworm treatment will be fully covered by Wilder Souls Rescue through an approved veterinarian at no cost to her adopter.

Training & Support

All dogs with Wilder Souls Rescue receive thorough veterinary care before adoption, including a full health exam, deworming, core vaccines, microchipping, and monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Our dogs live in foster homes to help them decompress and learn routines, preparing them for a smooth transition to their forever families.
