Robin is a 1.5-year-old, 37 lb male Aussie Cattle Dog mix who is trim and lanky and just wants to be someone's best friend and sidekick! This sweet boy was abandoned by his previous family and left to fend for himself, but luckily, his good looks and sweet disposition helped him find a foster. Robin has repaid their kindness by showering them with love and kisses. He does very well with the resident dogs and a new foster puppy, and also adores children. He may do better with children over 8, as he still gets excited and wants to plant a sloppy kiss on their faces, but with a little obedience training, this smart boy will quickly pick up what "four (paws) on the floor" means. Robin is crate and potty trained and is quickly picking up on leash training. He may pull a bit as he is eager to make new friends, but this handsome pup really just wants to be someone's buddy. Since he was abandoned, he may need a bit of extra time and reassurance to really feel settled and at home, but he is very worth it.
Ideal Home
Robin would probably do best in a more active home where he can burn off some of that young dog energy with some runs or hikes, or doggy playdates. He may do better with children over the age of 8.
Ongoing Health
Robin's adoption fee of $650 includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, and microchip.
