Took

Meet Took! This handsome senior boy is looking for a cozy home to spend his golden years. Took has so much love to give, and he's a wonderful example of why we cherish rescuing senior dogs. He's quiet, well-behaved, and would make a fantastic companion for someone working from home. Took adores leaning into your lap for ear rubs, enjoys his early morning walks, and loves watching the sunset.

Ideal Home

Took would do best as the only pet in the home. He might be able to live with an older, larger female dog, but this would require careful management due to resource guarding with food. Took should not live in a home with small children.

Ongoing Health

Took is a senior dog and is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

Took has some resource guarding issues with food, so any potential adopters will need to manage this carefully, especially if there are other dogs in the home.
