Misty

Meet Misty! This lovely 2-year-old, 55-pound Great Pyrenees mix has a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. Misty is on the quiet, shy side, but once she decides you're part of her inner circle, she's all sweetness. She's the type of dog who will coexist politely with cats and make friends with other dogs without a fuss.

Ideal Home

Misty would do best in a home with children who are past the "screeching years." She absolutely needs a fenced yard, which is a non-negotiable. She will thrive in a home that appreciates quiet companions and is ready to offer kindness, patience, and time for her to blossom. A comfy sofa to relax on would be a wonderful bonus!

Ongoing Health

Misty has a mildly collapsing trachea. While this sounds concerning, it simply means she cannot use a leash attached to a collar. She will need to use a chest-type harness for safety and comfort throughout her life. Apart from an occasional cough if the harness isn't fitted correctly, this condition is not an issue.

Training & Support

Misty is described as polite and unlikely to cause trouble. With kindness and patience, she will surely continue to be a wonderful companion.

Transporation
