Meet Sweetie! Sweetie is a Bully mix girl, estimated to be around 6 years old, but her rough start on the streets might mean she's even younger. She's a total sweetheart who loves deeply and is incredibly grateful for any kindness shown to her. Sweetie was found as a street dog and has been through a lot, including treatment for advanced heartworm disease. Thankfully, she's now on a slow-kill treatment plan and has recovered from the fluid buildup in her abdomen. She should be heartworm-negative within 12-18 months, and we'll provide 18 months of her treatment with her upon adoption. She's great with all people and animals, well-behaved, generally quiet, and an all-around wonderful companion. Sweetie is up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed, and ready to find her forever home!

Sweetie would thrive in a loving home where she can continue to feel safe and cherished.
