Kirby

Handsome Kirby is ready for love! This 10-month-old, 13.5 lb terrier mix was found as a stray, unfortunately, no one came looking for him. He arrived with us dirty, matted, and all alone. We've since given him vaccinations, neutered him, microchipped him, and given him a complete makeover – wowza, he's a head-turner! Kirby is a super chill, incredibly sweet, and the cutest little guy who loves affection and his people. He's generally calm when with his person or people, but he does get bursts of energy for playtime. Most of the time, though, he enjoys napping in cozy spots, especially on the couch. When around other dogs, Kirby loves to play and get the zoomies! He would be happy as the only dog or with a canine companion who can keep up with his playful spirit. Kirby is great with men and strangers.

Ideal Home

Kirby would be a wonderful addition to a home looking for a sweet and affectionate companion. He can be the only dog or live with a canine friend who enjoys playtime.

Ongoing Health

Kirby is currently receiving monthly allergy shots, which will need to be maintained by his new family.

Training & Support

Kirby is house-trained and is working on his leash manners and other basic obedience skills. With a little patience and continued guidance, he'll surely master them quickly!
