Roman (In Foster)

Roman is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a big personality packed into a small, scruffy body. When he was rescued, his coat was so severely matted it had to be shaved down completely, but that fresh start has made all the difference. Now safe in a loving foster home, Roman is discovering what comfort and care really feel like. He's feeling so good these days that he's downright giddy--happy, silly, and soaking up every bit of attention he can get. After everything he's been through, he's ready for a home where he can keep thriving, being loved, and being his joyful little self.
