Dougie Mac is a 3-year-old, 55 lb pittie mix with a personality as big as his love for life! He's the ultimate goofy goober, always happy and ready for any adventure. Dougie Mac is an instant charmer, a total lover boy who is a perfect blend of playful and snuggly. He’s incredibly good-looking, and your camera roll will thank you for bringing him home! He is a rescue dog, and while we can't guarantee his exact breed or age, his spirit is undeniable.
Ideal Home
Dougie Mac thrives with people and other dogs, making him a versatile companion. He’s an adventurous spirit who would love a home with a backyard where he can play with toys, zoom around, and sunbathe. He’s also happy with downtime, making him the perfect cuddle buddy. He's fantastic with kids of all ages and activities, showing immense patience and affection. He was respectful of the resident cat, Biggie, and we are happy to arrange a sleepover with a cat to ensure a smooth introduction if you have one.

Dougie Mac is a healthy boy. The adoption fee includes all vetting, vaccinations, microchipping, and preventative medications.
Training & Support
Dougie Mac is a smarty pants who loves treats and is eager to please. He already knows how to sit and responds well to corrections. He pulls a bit on the leash initially due to excitement but a simple leash correction helps him walk like a gentleman. He is potty trained and working on crate training, with great house manners. His willingness to learn means he'll be a joy to continue training with.
