Lucy is a charming 1-3 year old, 23-pound pup with floppy ears, soulful eyes, and a gentle heart. Despite a past of suffering from a severe ear infection that resulted in a head tilt, Lucy remains loving, trusting, and incredibly brave. She's the quiet type who will steal your heart, needing little more than a soft place to rest, kind hands, and a family to recognize her true specialness. Lucy dreams of a safe forever home, and would love nothing more than to curl up beside you, follow you around, and rest her head on your lap. She is ready to give her whole heart to a loving family.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is heartworm positive but is on the path to recovery. Her heartworm treatment will be fully covered by Wilder Souls Rescue through an approved veterinarian. All dogs receive thorough veterinary care before adoption, including a full health exam, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines, microchipping, and monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Lucy is a brave and trusting soul, ready to settle into a loving home. She is currently living in a foster home where she can decompress and learn routines to prepare for her transition to a forever family.
