Meet Aspen! This handsome boy is approximately 5-6 months old and weighs about 50 lbs. Aspen was found abandoned with his siblings and is now looking for his forever family. He's a pretty easy-going pup who enjoys playing and romping with other dogs. Aspen walks well on a leash and is house-trained in his foster home, which has a doggy door.

Aspen would love a home where he has other canine friends to play with.

Aspen is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and is current on flea and heartworm preventatives. He has been microchipped.
Training & Support
Aspen is house-trained and walks well on a leash. He's a great candidate for continued training and socialization.

- Applicants must be ready to adopt immediately upon application submission.
- All pets receive an auto-response detailing the adoption process.
- Pets reside in private foster homes; no group events are held.
- Applicants must be at least 25 years old.
- We will contact only the selected applicant to arrange a meet and greet.
- All household pets must be up-to-date on vaccines, preventatives, and be spayed/neutered for adoption consideration.
- We do not process "hold" applications, ship dogs, or arrange transport.
- Out-of-state applicants are considered, provided they can travel to Charleston to complete the adoption.
- Meet and greets must result in an immediate adoption.
- Breed and adult size are educated guesses.

- Adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (unless otherwise noted), vaccinated, microchipped, and current on preventatives.
- Adopters receive a medical summary, new collar and leash, toys, starter food, and guidance on training and pet care.

Aspen is currently located in Charleston. All adopters must be present to complete the adoption.
