Penny (Penelope)

Penny, estimated to be around 3-4 years old, is a pit mix with the sweetest heart and a story of resilience and love. She was found after having a litter of babies and her foster moms ensured she finally received the care she deserved. Now, she's ready for a forever home of her own, eager to shower her humans with affection. She absolutely adores people, her favorite activities being cuddling and giving enthusiastic kisses. Penny also loves kids and greets everyone with a happy spirit.

Ideal Home

Penny would do best in a home with a larger, tolerant dog who can match her playful energy, or as the only dog to receive all the attention. She does not do well with cats.

Ongoing Health

Penny is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and current on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Penny is potty trained, crate trained, and comfortable in the car. She can pull a bit on leash due to her excitement for life, but this is part of her charm. She takes her role as a protector seriously and will bark to alert you if she perceives something needs attention.
