Castiel Goose

Meet Castiel, a joyful, one-year-old pup who may be a mix of Wire Hair Terrier and Chihuahua. Castiel comes to us from a part of the US where puppies are at high risk. He's a unique and beautiful boy with soulful blue eyes, and he's guaranteed to turn heads! Castiel is a moderate to low shedder with a spunky energy perfect for an active family. He loves toys and initiating play, and he’s particularly good with children. He enjoys interactive play, but also loves to snuggle up next to his favorite people. Castiel is hearing impaired, but this doesn't slow him down one bit! He’s a social butterfly who adores other dogs and wants to be everyone's friend.

Ideal Home

Castiel is a trusting and outgoing pup who loves kids and gets along well with other dogs. He was uninterested when he met a cat, so a home without felines would be best.

Ongoing Health

Castiel is hearing impaired, but otherwise seems to be a healthy and happy boy.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Castiel will need continued training and socialization. He is a people-pleaser and learns quickly, but consistency with potty and crate training, as well as daily exercise, is essential. We require a commitment to crate training.

Transporation

Castiel is currently fostered in Portland, OR. He is available for adoption in NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and the East Coast. Transport to your area is available via a USDA licensed semi-truck for our PNW dogs or a private van transport for East Coast adoptions, with an additional $87 surcharge.
