About Spirit

Spirit is an approximately 2-year-old, 40-pound female dog who has truly earned her name. Despite a difficult start in life, living mostly outdoors through harsh weather and facing dangers on the road, Spirit never lost her trust in people. She even had puppies, though their fate is unknown. After a period of waiting for the right moment, Spirit decided she deserved a better life and was rescued. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, calm, and affectionate. Spirit is ready to trade a life of survival for a lifetime of love and will never have to sleep outside again.
