Meet Dahler Ranch Retrievers. Golden Retrievers have alway been my favorite breed of dog! So loving, versatile, beautiful, and the perfect addition to any family! I spent 7 years working in the vet field as a veterinary technician. During this time I grew to love the breed and learned the qualities that people desire are primarily non-hyperactive, intelligent, sweet, gentle, confident, and well-socialized puppies. Many breeders pair a Dam and a Sire based off of looks alone, however for me, my goal was to produce puppies that are genetically healthy, beautiful and ideal for any environment whether that be a family dog, a service or therapy dog candidate, or even a sport candidate. Throughout my years in the vet field, I have seen hip dysplasia in dogs as young as 2 years old. This becomes extremely expensive and painful for the dogs long-term health and is not fair for the owner or their dog. This is why all of my litters are OFA and DNA cleared to prevent the puppies from carrying any long-term genetic disabilities that will limit their life and long-term health. You can feel confident with your new puppy knowing that they came from a loving home, and family environment, already socialized with young kids, cats, basic grooming, first vaccines, and developmental care! AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
