Ongoing Health
All dogs through Wags receive thorough veterinary care before adoption. This includes spaying/neutering (if age-appropriate), full vaccinations, microchipping, heartworm testing, heartworm prevention, flea and tick treatment, and deworming as needed. You can be confident that your new companion has received essential care.
Training & Support
Summer is crate-trained and walks well on a leash. Her intelligence makes her eager to learn, so continuing with positive reinforcement training will help her thrive. As with many rescue dogs, patience and consistency in a new home will be key to her continued success.

Transportation
Summer is currently being fostered in Adair County, Kentucky. Transportation is available for approved adopters to select locations, including Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania.
