Rascal is a sweet 16-pound boy with a heartbreaking story, but his bright personality is shining through. He and his best friend were sadly dumped together and left to fend for themselves. We tried to rescue them, but tragically, his friend passed away before we could get them to safety. Rascal was initially terrified, but now that he knows he's safe, he's showing his true colors as a loving dog who just wants kindness and a chance at a better life. He's completely vetted and dog-friendly, and he's looking for either a foster or an adoptive home to fill his next chapter with love, comfort, and safety.
