Abel

Abel is a wonderful 4-year-old Jack Russell Mix, weighing around 20 lbs. He's a sweet boy who can be a bit timid at first, both with people and other dogs. He tends to be a follower rather than a leader and is still figuring out his place in the world. He hasn't shown any issues with cats so far, though he does look for them, he quickly backs off if they react. Abel absolutely adores a peanut butter Kong ball, and once he feels comfortable and safe, he transforms into a cuddlebug! His patience will be greatly rewarded with this food-motivated companion.

Ideal Home

Abel would thrive in a home with a patient person or family who understands he needs time to warm up. A calm environment where he can take things slow would be ideal for him to blossom.

Abel is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Abel is food motivated, which can be a great asset for training. He is also house-trained. His new family should be prepared to give him the time and space he needs to build confidence.
