Lenny

Meet Lenny! This gorgeous brown chihuahua dachshund mix, around 1.5 years old and weighing 17.5 lbs, has a big personality just waiting to bloom. He's a bit shy and nervous at first, but with a patient, loving person to help him build trust, he'll blossom into a wonderful companion. You'll find him playing peekaboo from under the couch, which is as adorable as it sounds! Lenny loves his crate, is fully potty trained, and would do well with someone who works from home. He also has a great appetite, so a consistent feeding routine is important.

Ideal Home

Lenny needs a patient and gentle home where he can feel safe to come out of his shell. A fenced yard or secure outdoor space is a must, as he is not yet leash trained and needs a safe place to run freely. He also thrives with canine company, so a home with another dog is ideal. He has been great with cats too!

Lenny is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lenny is not yet leash trained and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement. He enjoys his crate and is potty trained.
