Riggs

Riggs is a nine-month-old Anatolian Shepherd who came to us from a large hoarding case. While he was cared for, he missed out on early socialization. Riggs is a sweet, gentle, and shy boy who prefers a calm environment and time to adjust. He does well with other dogs and cats, and would benefit from a confident canine companion in his new home to help him feel more secure. He needs a fenced yard and would do best in a home with older children (10+) who understand his need for a quiet, respectful approach. Riggs is not a fan of loud noises or sudden commotion, so his least favorite holiday will likely be the Fourth of July. He loves snacks, dog friends, gentle people, and a comfortable indoor temperature. He is looking for a laid-back home where he can continue to blossom with structure, kindness, and time.
