Tawny

Tawny is a playful and fun-loving young female dog with a unique mix of Australian Kelpie and Rhodesian Ridgeback. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter after recovering from an upper respiratory infection and is now in a foster home where she's doing wonderfully with four other dogs. Tawny's foster family describes her as a "teacup model" and is excited for her to experience all the joys of being a dog for the first time, especially a trip to the beach where she can live up to her "Tawny at the Beach" social media fame! She's eager to meet her new family and start her adventures.

Tawny would thrive in a home ready for a playful and athletic companion. She's already doing wonderfully with other dogs in her foster home, so a home with canine friends would likely be a great fit.

Tawny has made a full recovery from her upper respiratory infection. Her foster family utilizes a holistic approach with herbal and homeopathic supplements, along with a nutritious diet, to support her well-being.
