Meet Ottis!
Ottis is an adorable, social puppy who's settling into foster life like a champ! He has become great friends with his foster family's big dogs and would be happy in a home with other canine companions. He's also been living with cats. While he thinks they're fascinating and loves to chase them around like oversized toys, he has never been aggressive or tried to hurt them. He is incredibly people-oriented and absolutely thrives on love and attention. He recently spent the Fourth of July weekend with an 8-year-old girl and another young boy of a similar age. They carried him around, played with him, and showered him with affection and Ottis loved every minute of it! If you're looking for a happy, affectionate, and friendly puppy who enjoys being with people as much as he enjoys making dog friends, Ottis could be the perfect addition to your family. With continued guidance, patience, and lots of love, he's sure to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.
Ideal Home
A cat-savvy home that can help continue teaching him good manners would be the best fit.
Ongoing Health
Ottis is a young puppy and is still working on house training. He sleeps well through the night but will often have a nighttime poop, so using pee pads overnight has been a great solution. He's a fantastic eater and eagerly looks forward to every meal!
Training & Support
Like many young puppies, Ottis is still working on house training. With continued guidance, patience, and lots of love, he's sure to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.
