PJ

PJ is a sweet 1-2 year old Shepherd mix who is already stealing hearts with her playful and affectionate personality. She currently weighs about 40 lbs. This active girl loves to play and would thrive in a home that can keep up with her energy. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the company of children. PJ is also potty trained, making the transition into her forever home a little easier. She was found as a stray outside a Dollar General, but she hasn’t let her rough start dampen her loving spirit. PJ is ready to find a family who will give her the love and care she deserves.

Ideal Home

PJ would thrive in an active home that can keep up with her energy. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the company of children. Cats have not been tested.

Ongoing Health

PJ is up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. She will be spayed prior to adoption.

Transportation

PJ is located in McAllen, Texas, but can be transported to your area once adopted. Transportation is primarily available to the East Coast, mainly serving the NJ, NY, PA, and CT areas. Drop-off locations for MA, NH, ME, VT, and RI are in Hartford, CT, Battleboro, VT, or Providence, RI (when available). There are no meet-and-greets.
