Keiser is a sweet and loving young boy who is ready to find his forever family. He was surrendered to our shelter because his previous family could no longer keep him. Since then, he has been waiting patiently for someone to give him the love and stability he deserves. Based on his physical appearance, he may be a Norfolk Terrier mix, with his adorable scruffy coat and compact size. He is an affectionate and playful puppy who enjoys being close to people. Keiser loves being carried, cuddled, and spending time with his humans. He has a joyful personality and brings happiness wherever he goes. Keiser is well-adjusted and social. He lives peacefully with cats, dogs, children, men, and women. He is crate trained and is used to doing his business in the yard. Like many young dogs, he may bark when he meets new people at first, but once he feels safe, he quickly shows his sweet and friendly nature. He will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate, and playful best friend. Training & Support
Keiser is not house-trained and may bark when he meets new people initially. He will do best with a family that will continue guiding him with love, patience, and fun playtime.

Transporation
Keiser is currently being fostered in Matamoros, Mexico, and is ready to travel. He can be transported to your door for a fee of $400 USD. Our transport company organizes scheduled trips, with pets traveling across the border into Texas for US adoptions. You will receive real-time updates throughout the journey in a private Facebook Messenger group.
