Meet Portia, a gentle and sweet senior Siberian Husky Mix who is ready to fill your life with quiet companionship and unconditional love. At an estimated 8 years old and weighing 43lbs, Portia is proof that life only gets sweeter with age. She's a wonderful housemate who enjoys simply being near her people, happy to settle by your side whether you're watching TV or reading a book. Portia is fully potty trained and walks nicely on a leash, making her a pleasure to have around. She also gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and children. While she may move a little slower these days, she still enjoys leisurely strolls and fresh air. Portia has an excellent appetite and would happily choose a tasty meal of canned food over kibble any day! Her foster mom is happy to FaceTime with potential adopters so you can meet this sweet girl and see just how special she is.

Portia would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can enjoy the simple pleasures of life. She may enjoy having an older canine companion to share her days with, as she genuinely likes other dogs.
