Damsel

Meet Damsel, a gentle and soulful girl with a heart full of love and a dream of finding her forever person. Life hasn’t always been easy, but she’s still holding out hope for belly rubs, cozy blankets, and treats with her name on them (bonus points if they’re peanut butter flavored!). Damsel is a medium-energy pup who thrives on companionship. Whether you’re going for a walk or curled up on the couch for a binge-watch session, she’s happiest when she’s close to you. She walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and gives some of the best snuggles you’ve ever had. She’s a 5-year-old, spayed, female Pit Bull Terrier mix.

Ideal Home

Damsel is not a fan of being left outside or alone for long stretches. Her ideal home is one where she can feel safe inside, surrounded by love. She would do best as your one-and-only companion or with very slow introductions to calm, respectful dog friends.

Ongoing Health

Damsel has a little separation anxiety, so she’s looking for someone who’s home often or patient enough to help her settle in and feel secure.
