Cami is a sweet, shy girl who has just celebrated her first birthday! She's a possibly Terrier/Lab mix weighing in around 30-35 pounds. Cami is a special case who needs a very patient and loving home to help her feel safe and build her confidence. She is incredibly sweet-natured, and her shy disposition truly shines through in her video. Cami's sister was adopted, and she has since regressed into her shell a bit, making her even more dependent on feeling secure. She absolutely adores other dogs and truly comes alive when playing with a canine friend. For this reason, she would do best in a home with another playful dog. Cami would also thrive with one-on-one attention.
Ideal Home
Cami would do best in a quiet home environment. If there are children in the home, they need to be 14 years or older. She would need a securely fenced yard, as she may be a flight risk while she is learning to trust her new family.
Ongoing Health
Cami is spayed, vaccinated (DHLPPx3, Bordetella and Rabies), has been dewormed and is on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. A health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Cami needs some work on leash walking and is not yet housebroken. She does not have accidents in her crate overnight.

Cami is currently located at a rescue in Oklahoma. She can be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the following cities: Buffalo, NY; Rochester, NY; Rye, NY; Albany, NY; Mohawk/Herkimer, NY; Chicago, IL; Springfield, IL; Eau Claire, WI; Portage, WI; Trenton, NJ; Ridgefield, NJ; Sewaren, NJ; Tumwater (Olympia), WA; Bothell (Seattle Metro), WA; Bellingham, WA; Spokane, WA; Portland, OR; The Dalles, OR; Missoula, MT; Big Timber, MT; Michigan City, IN; Spiceland, IN; Boise, ID; Mountain Home, ID; West Des Moines, IA; Denver, CO; Battle Creek, MI; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Enfield, CT; Darien, CT; Union, CT; Allentown, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Haymarket (DC Metro), VA; Burnsville (Minneapolis), MN; Laramie, WY; Baltimore, MD; Riverdale (Ogden/SLC), UT. If things don't work out, she will return to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
