Kaia

Kaia is a sweet female dog who is still coming out of her shell. She started off very shy and scared but has been slowly learning to trust the shelter staff. Once Kaia trusts you, she opens up and can be a goofy, funny girl who loves to get the zoomies and run with a giant smile! She spins around, takes off for a short run, and then comes back for hugs and pets. We believe Kaia is very smart and will be easy to train for the right person who is patient and loving.

Ideal Home

Kaia is shy at first and needs time to adjust, potentially several weeks. She has been scared of children she has met so far, so she may be best suited for an adult-only household.

Kaia is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Kaia may need some time to adjust and build trust with new people. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping her feel secure.
