Phoenix

Hi there! I'm Phoenix, a handsome and healthy 10-year-old Rottie-Dobie mix with a heart full of love and a desire for a forever home. I lost my previous foster home through no fault of my own, and I really miss having people around to snuggle with and share adventures. I was rescued from a shelter a couple of years ago, where I was a favorite, and I'm now patiently waiting for my special person or people. I weigh about 80 lbs, and despite my age, I'm still quite active and incredibly loving. I'm affectionate, walk well on a leash, and I'm a loyal and sweet companion who will be your best friend for life. I'm not a big barker, only when necessary, and I can be a bit protective of my home and family, which is a good trait! I enjoy human attention and am warm and caring. I get along well with other dogs, especially females, and would do well with a strong owner.

Ideal Home

I'd thrive with an active person or people who can take me on walks and hikes. I prefer to have my person or people around, as I do love company!

Ongoing Health

I am a healthy senior boy. I am neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I walk well on a leash and am house-trained. I am not a barker unless warranted. I'd do well with a strong owner.
