Ozzy is a tiny gentleman with large feelings, weighing in at 4 pounds of emotional support, mild theatrical behavior, and extremely strong opinions about blankets. This little guy has fully mastered the art of cozy living. His hobbies include being wrapped up like a burrito, lounging dramatically in soft blankets, accepting affection like a celebrity, and performing an elaborate dinner dance every time food appears. Spins, twirls, and happy feet are all part of his signature mealtime routine!
Ozzy came into rescue in rough shape, with a severe mouth infection that ultimately required all of his teeth to be removed. Despite this, he emerged from the experience with a gentle spirit, now seeking peace, snacks, and a soft place to land. He's sensitive in the sweetest way, thriving with gentle handling, patient people, and calm environments. Underneath those satellite-dish ears is just a little guy trying his best to feel safe and adored. He's low energy, easygoing, and truly iconic. Ozzy isn't looking for a boisterous household; he desires a quieter home where he can settle into a gentle rhythm, follow his person around like a devoted assistant, and spend his evenings tucked into blankets. He can be cautious with new people for a few minutes, but once he warms up, he becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal, gazing at you with his big eyes as if you personally invented kindness. While tiny, his emotional range is enormous, embodying the spirit of a loving aunt who always makes sure you've eaten and have a snack for the road.
Ideal Home
Ozzy would thrive with someone patient, gentle, and understanding of his little quirks and sensitivities. He doesn't need much exercise and truly seems happiest just existing peacefully beside his person. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.

Ozzy's teeth were removed due to a severe mouth infection.
Training & Support
Ozzy is cautious for a few minutes with new people but becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal once he warms up. He is a low-energy, easygoing companion.
