Blossom

Meet Blossom! She's a gorgeous 4-year-old, 60 lb Staffy mix who is looking for a second chance at a happy life. Blossom has a medium energy level and loves to play fetch, but her favorite activities are giving cuddles and hugs, especially first thing in the morning and when you come home. She's a very smart girl who is practicing leash walking, knows how to sit and stay, and is house and crate trained. Her favorite toys are tennis balls, squeaky balls, and tug ropes. She's also a good eater and her favorite fruit is an apple! Blossom is our rescue's longest resident, not for any fault of her own, but because she is not dog-friendly. She was saved from euthanasia due to overcrowding at another shelter.

Ideal Home

Blossom would do best as the only dog in the home. She is affectionate and loving once she has had about a week to warm up to her new family.

Ongoing Health

Blossom is spayed, vaccinated, and in good health.

Training & Support

Blossom is house and crate trained and knows basic commands like sit and stay. She is working on her leash walking skills.
