Lucy Lou is a roughly 5-month-old, 25 lb bundle of joy with the sweetest disposition and adorable freckles! She's believed to be an American Bully mix, but with rescue, breed and age are always a guess. Lucy is a gentle and affectionate puppy with an old soul. She loves to snuggle, often climbing onto her person's chest for a long, comforting hug. When she's not napping, she's happy to entertain herself with toys and doesn't demand constant attention. Her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion who fits right into your daily routine.
Ideal Home
Lucy is a flexible girl who could thrive in a home with a backyard or an apartment. As long as she has people to love, toys, a comfy nap spot, and plenty of cuddles, she'll be a happy camper. While she hasn't met children yet, her gentle and easygoing nature suggests she could be a wonderful family dog. We're happy to arrange a meet and greet if you have children.

Training & Support
Lucy is doing wonderfully with potty training, doing best with a potty break every three hours. She sleeps through the night without any accidents or destruction.

- You will meet your pet through a video call.
- The adoption fee is $1200, which includes all vetting, transport, and a microchip.
- Adopters receive a discount on an Embark DNA test, 30 days of pet insurance with Trupanion, a free online dog training session with GoodPup, and discounts on in-person training through Rover.
- Additional perks include discounts on dog food subscriptions and pet first aid supplies, and access to an exclusive adopters Facebook group.
Transporation
Lucy is currently located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pickup is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. There is an $87 surcharge for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
