Teagan is a delightful 1-2 year old girl, a blend of Boston Terrier and French Bulldog, making her a charming Frenchton! Weighing around 20lbs, she's a compact package of energy and love. She's spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped, and has recovered from two cherry eye surgeries. Teagan is ready to find a loving home with owners experienced in her breeds.
She's a super playful and energetic companion who adores playing with dogs of all sizes. While she's working on her treat manners and can sometimes be a bit bossy when goodies are around, her sweet nature shines through. Teagan is also making great progress with potty and crate training and already knows how to use a doggy door! Occasionally, when she gets really excited, she can get a little mouthy with playful nips, so we recommend a home without very young children, though she is currently doing well with a dog-savvy five-year-old.
Teagan's unique "Pink" designer coloring comes with beautiful, pale blue eyes that are sensitive to sunlight. She can squint and close her eyes a lot when outdoors and is susceptible to sunburn, so she'll need extra care when venturing outside. We're starting her on "doggles" to help protect her precious eyes from UV light!
Ideal Home
A home experienced with Boston Terriers and French Bulldogs would be ideal. A fenced yard is a must to keep her safe and sound.
Ongoing Health
Teagan has had successful cherry eye surgeries and is now recovered. Her pale blue eyes are sensitive to sunlight and she is susceptible to sunburn, requiring careful monitoring and protection when outdoors.
Training & Support
Teagan is working on potty and crate training and knows how to use a doggy door. She can get mouthy when excited, so guidance on redirecting play biting is recommended. She's also learning to share treats appropriately.
