Logan

Meet Logan, a handsome 5.5-year-old male Miniature Pinscher who weighs around 25 lbs! Logan came to us from a local CT surrender when his previous owner could no longer care for him. He's a dog with a unique personality, ready to find his forever family.

Logan is quite independent and has a strong prey drive, which means he really enjoys toys with squeakers! He's also an agile digger, known to explore under fences, and can easily hop over a 2-foot barrier. While he's not always seeking cuddles, he definitely enjoys lap time when he decides it's the right moment. He's generally indifferent to other dogs but can sometimes engage in play, and he was comfortable around the cat in his foster home. His foster parent’s favorite thing is when Logan pushes his face into them for affection – it’s clear he craves connection on his own terms.

Ideal Home

Logan would do best in a home without young children due to his possessiveness over high-value treats. He would likely be comfortable as the sole canine companion or with other, more submissive dogs.

Ongoing Health

Logan is medically up to date and housebroken and crate trained. He is awaiting a neuter appointment.

Training & Support

Logan can be possessive of high-value treats. His new family should be prepared to offer him the patience and respect he deserves, and they will be rewarded with his affection.
