Meet Moonbeam, a handsome boy with an estimated birthday of January 26, 2022, and weighing around 50 lbs. He's a delightful mix of Mountain Cur and Staffordshire Terrier, and his sweet personality shines through! Moonbeam is playful, affectionate, and absolutely loves receiving hugs and kisses from his favorite humans. He's also very patient with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to many families.
Moonbeam and his best friend, Starlight, were rescued from the streets just before a cold Texas freeze. He was found cold, hungry, and all alone, but now he's happy, healthy, and eagerly awaiting his forever home.
Ideal Home
Moonbeam would love a home where he can get plenty of affection and playtime. He's known to be dog-friendly and would likely thrive in a household with other canine companions.

Moonbeam is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
Training & Support
This charming fellow is kennel and potty trained. We are not aware of any specific behavioral issues that need work, but as with any dog, continued positive reinforcement and patience will help him settle in and continue to be a well-behaved companion.

Moonbeam is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee, with pick-up locations potentially varying to a nearby town, county, or state. We coordinate with transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports, and adopters can track the van via the Life360 app and receive updates. Facebook groups are also used for transport tracking.
