Mickey is a 7-month-old, 35-pound Hound mix with a happy, outgoing, friendly, and inquisitive personality. She loves to sniff, run, play, chase, and cuddle, and would thrive with an active family ready to continue helping her grow.

Ideal Home

Mickey would do best with an active family that has plenty of time for continued training. She does well with kids, cats, and especially other dogs. Apartment living may not be the right fit for her energetic nature.

Ongoing Health

Mickey is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She is also taking flea, tick, and heartworm medications. Her previous owners used veterinary-directed medication to address anxiety, while her foster family found that an active lifestyle helped her greatly.

Training & Support

Mickey has made great progress with impulse control, recall, and a reliable sit/down stay. She is pen-trained and partially house trained. Her foster family can share more about her progress and needs.
