Mateo is a silly and athletic guy who was rescued from the streets after an attack a few years ago. He's been at the shelter for a while, but he's more than ready to leave his past behind and find his loving forever home! Mateo is full of energy and loves to play, especially fetch with his favorite rubber ball. He's perfect for someone who enjoys hiking, staying active, or playing sports. When he's not playing, Mateo shows his cuddly side and loves to snuggle up close.

Ideal Home

Mateo would do best as the only pet in the home, as he is not fond of cats or other dogs.

Mateo has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines.

Training & Support

Mateo is eager to please and has a lot of love to give. Our rescue team is happy to answer any questions and help ensure a successful transition for Mateo and his future family.
