Duncan

Duncan is a sweet, approximately 1-year-old, 19lb boy who's ready to find his forever home! He's a typical multi-breed mix with a lot of Chihuahua in him. Duncan loves to play with his squeaky toys, enjoys plenty of petting and attention, and is generally a quiet and well-behaved companion. He seems to be pretty well house-trained and does fairly well on a leash, though he could benefit from a little more training. He also gets along wonderfully with other dogs.

Ideal Home

We do not adopt to anyone with children under the age of 8 years.

Ongoing Health

Duncan tested positive for heartworms when he was rescued. He has been treated with The American Heartworm Society protocols, and we typically find that dogs test negative in 4 to 6 months.

Training & Support

Duncan could use a little more training to perfect his leash manners.
