About JOY (Very Sweet, Kind, Loves All She Meets, Dogs, Adults, Kids, Happy, Loving)

Meet Joy! This one-year-old, 44-pound bundle of happiness is a Black Lab/Pit Bull Terrier mix with a heart full of love to give. Joy and her brother, George, were found wandering into a park, drawn by their love for people. After a stay at a local shelter, they found their way to foster care, where Joy truly blossomed. Her vet visit was a tail-wagging, wiggly affair, earning her the perfect name! Joy is a house-trained, crate-trained, and well-behaved girl who enjoys car rides and is learning to walk nicely on leash. She gets along wonderfully with dogs, doesn't bother the resident cat, and has shown nothing but kindness to everyone she meets, especially children. Joy thrives on attention and companionship, often resting her head on her foster's lap for reassurance. She loves simple pleasures like camping, hiking, or just cuddling on the couch. With her shiny coat and sweet, happy-go-lucky personality, Joy is ready to bring loyalty and unconditional love to a lucky family.

Joy would love a family that enjoys life's simple pleasures, from outdoor adventures like camping and hiking to relaxed evenings on the couch. She thrives on attention and companionship.
