Mira

Mira is a lovely mixed-breed dog with a big heart and a whole lot of love to give! She's a total sweetheart who loves to be by your side – a classic "Velcro dog." Whether you're moving from room to room or just lounging on the couch, she's happiest when she's near her person. Mira also has a funny, playful side; she LOVES toys, especially ones she can carry around or tuck away like precious treasures. You might find her favorite toys hidden under blankets! If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and loving companion, Mira might just be your perfect match. She has overcome so much with grace and love – now it's her turn to be cared for and cherished.

Ideal Home

Mira has a high prey drive and loves to chase critters in the yard, so a home with a securely fenced yard is a must. She has not been tested with cats and, with her prey instincts, it's best she goes to a cat-free home. While Mira loves meeting new people, she can come on a little strong when meeting other dogs and would likely do best as the only dog in the household.

Training & Support

Mira loves every person she meets. She is interested in meeting other dogs, but hasn't quite learned how to "read the vibe" with them yet and can sometimes be a bit too enthusiastic. Continuing to work on her social skills with other dogs in a controlled environment will be beneficial.
