Cora is a beautiful tan and black mixed-breed girl, born around June 1, 2025. She's a resilient pup who has overcome a neglect case and is working hard to regain a healthy weight. Despite her past, Cora is showing great progress and deserves a patient and loving forever home. She's looking for a family that will provide the care, kindness, and security she's always needed, and with proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and plenty of love, she has a bright future ahead of her. Ongoing Health
Cora is working to regain a healthy weight. All rescue dogs receive medical care before adoption, including being spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.
Training & Support
Assume potty training is still in progress. Rescue dogs coming from difficult backgrounds may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home.

Transporation
Cora is currently being fostered in Adair County, Kentucky. Transport is available for approved adopters to select locations, including Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania.
