Stormy Belle is a truly special girl, a magnificent Shepherd mix with a coat as dark as midnight and eyes the color of warm honey. At approximately 5 years old and weighing 52lbs, she embodies the idea of a "soul dog" – that one companion who feels like an extension of your own heart. She's a rescue, and while we can't guarantee her exact breed or age, we can guarantee she'll steal yours.
Ideal Home
Stormy Belle would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard, ideally in a quieter suburban setting rather than a bustling city. While she's met dogs of all sizes and is gentle with them, she seems most comfortable and relaxed around smaller dogs. She enjoys the company of other dogs but doesn't require it to feel secure or meet her energy needs; she's happy to simply enjoy the fresh air and companionship.
Ongoing Health
Stormy Belle is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and she has been spayed.
Training & Support
Stormy Belle is a smart and eager learner, especially when treats and playtime are involved! She already knows how to sit and stay, responds to a "touch" command, and has a good recall. She walks well on a leash, is crate and potty trained, and exhibits excellent house manners. Her initial shyness around new people and in new environments means she appreciates a cautious approach, but she quickly blossoms into a goofy and loving shadow. Providing her with a tennis ball is a surefire way to capture her heart and encourage her playful, puppy-like spirit.
